Give this 14 minutes and it will change your life …FOREVER

I want to introduce you to one of the most effective tools I know of for creating success in anything you do. I’m talking about…

…super-powered success!

It’s called Holosync®, and I’ve been recommending it for many years. Holosync is a proven, technological method for creating positive changes in the brain that create more energy, willpower, focus, motivation…

…and many other positive changes that make goal achievement easier.

Unbelievably, an optimized brain also allows you to to have more compassion and love for others, and…

…to move through your life in a much more powerful way.

Which, of course, I know you want to do.

Holosync, for instance, calms a part of the brain (the limbic system) that creates the fear response many people experience as they set goals.

It’s not a secret that fearfulness and living your best life are incompatible. Calming the brain’s fear center (which Holosync does amazingly well)…

…opens your mind and your life to tremendous new potential.

Holosync also calms the part of the brain associated with another goal achievement enemy…

…procrastination.

There’s much more, but I think you can see why I’m strongly recommending that you try Holosync.

In fact, over 2.2 million people have already changed their lives by using Holosync. I think you should become one of them.

You can even try a free sample and find out what the Holosync experience is all about. If you’re wondering whether Holosync is for you, and whether it really will create dramatic improvements in your life…

…here’s an easy (and fun) way way to find out:

Listen to Centerpointe’s Holosync demo for free, not just once, but for several days in a row, by participating in…

…“The 5-Day Holosync Challenge”.

The 5-Day Challenge is fun (and free), and you’ll also be able to connect (and compare notes) with others who are evaluating Holosync.

Here’s how it works:

Once a day for five days, you’ll gather (online) with other people who are also interested in Holosync. Then, you’ll…

  • Watch a short (3-4 minute) video with more info about Holosync…
  • Listen to a 14-minute Holosync soundtrack…

Concerned about making a 5-Day commitment? No problem. You can listen to Day One only, if you like, to two or three days, or to all five.

It’s totally up to you.

Once you experience day 1, though, I suspect that you’ll eagerly come back for days 2, 3, 4, and 5.

And, it only takes 14 minutes (besides, Holosync feel so good, and will completely change the rest of your day for the better when you listen).

Just click here to register. It’s fun, it’s free, and I know you’ll enjoy connecting with people like those who made the above comments.

Holosync is one of my favorite brain tools. I urge you to try Holosync for yourself. Then, armed with a better brain…

…go make your greatest life happen!

In case you’re still on the fence about trying the 5-Day Challenge, let me share these proven benefits with you:

Holosync systematically enhances your prefrontal cortex, the source of:

  • The ability to set goals and plan for the future
  • The ability to feel and express emotions
  • Concentration and focus
  • Learning from experience
  • Executive function
  • Rational thinking
  • Problem solving
  • Impulse control
  • Confidence
  • Persistence
  • Willpower
  • Creativity
  • Empathy

You can see why strengthening your prefrontal cortex will increase your ability to succeed.

Meanwhile, Holosync calms your limbic system, the source of many common human problems that are poison for positive life changes:

  • An inability to consider long-term consequences and stick with a goal
  • Over-production of harmful stress chemicals
  • Negative thinking, negative feelings
  • A low threshold for stress
  • Relationship problems
  • A lack of willpower
  • Emotional reactivity
  • Procrastination
  • Depression
  • Bad habits
  • Brain fog
  • Anxiety
  • Anger

In fact, over 2.2 million people have already changed their lives by using Holosync. You should become one of them.

Please, register right now for the 5-Day Holosync Challenge!

Catcus Ice Cream in Masca Tenerife

Cactus Ice Cream Masca

Some of the most delicious ice cream I have eaten was in the little village of Masca, high up in the mountains of Tenerife. It is now reached by winding mountain road through some spectacular scenery, although for many years it was only accessible by boat.

The ice-cream is made from the pink fleshy part from inside the leaves and it is delicious.

Obviously helped be some stunning views!

Delicious and well worth the trip. This was part of a day excursion to Mount Teide National Park and it was a really interesting day.

Breathe into the new “Healingfest” starting on October 12

NeuroMovement Live Healing Fest
NeuroMovement Live Healingfest

Imagine for a moment that the breathing capacity of your lungs could be greatly expanded and your energy levels increased.

What could that mean for those seeking stress reduction, practicing meditation, looking for inner peace, needing to heal, or wanting greater ease at doing daily activities?

What about athletes and musicians who need stamina to perform at their highest levels?

What could it mean for those with asthma, allergies, COPD, or other breathing challenges?

What about those attacked by viruses such as the flu or COVID-19?

What about those looking to recover from exposure to air pollution and wildfires?

INTRODUCING
10 free 20-minute video lessons
to expand and vitalize your breathing

and invigorate your life
(You will have significantly more energy than you have now.)

and wake up your brain
(This will help all systems of your body. You will find improvements in your ease of movement, your immune system, your ability to handle stresses and anxieties, and your ability to learn, think, and be brilliant.)

How? By following simple, easy, safe, and pleasurable movements that will wake up your brain to create new connections and neural networks. This system of movements is called “NeuroMovement.”

The free 20-minute video sessions are designed to increase mobility of your rib cage, spine, clavicles, sternum, diaphragm, and other parts that are involved, or should be involved, to fully “breathe your lungs.”

You may not know this, but your lungs cannot breathe on their own. They require the rest of your body to move in a way that sucks air in and pushes air out.

And believe it or not, these gentle movements take less than 20 minutes. Almost everyone will find them effortless, interesting, and pleasurable. Simply lie on the floor, follow along, and immediately feel the movement of air and breath expand spontaneously. You will notice it. You will literally feel more air coming in and out of your lungs.

What is NeuroMovement?

Decades ago, a woman named Anat Baniel began studying the relationship between movement and the brain. She figured out how to intentionally activate positive brain change (what is called neuroplasticity) for making the seemingly impossible become possible.

Anat discovered that doing movements slowly and gently with attention to what you feel as you move, wakes up the brain to rapidly create millions of new connections. This helps bring about rapid learning and, at times, seemingly miraculous breakthroughs in overcoming limitations due accidents, bad habits, and a variety of conditions, even when in some cases doctors say there is little hope.

It is all about expanding the repertoire of what your brain can tell your body to do and then being able to do it harmoniously, effortlessly, and without pain and suffering.

You do not have to have a problem
to benefit from these lessons

This might surprise you:

Even if you are healthy and performing at the top of your game, you probably have habitual breathing patterns that create limitations unknown to you.Â

You see, most of us stop expanding our skills, including our breathing skills, at a relatively young age. This invites more accidents, physical limitations, rapid aging, and malaise, all of which eventually leads to deterioration on many levels.

We humans are built to develop habits, and we need them to survive. The 10 lessons of this new NeuroMovement program can help us develop new habits of breathing that will immediately enhance our lives and serve us long into the future.

Breathing, being such a central and uniquely important function in our lives, calls for our attention and enhancement so that we can go on living the best lives possible, no matter our calling.Â

Be our guest at Anat Baniel’s
NeuroMovement Healingfest: Breathwork
(Begins Monday, October 12)

Beginning at 4:00 p.m. Central Time (2:00 p.m. Pacific, 5:00 p.m. Eastern) on Monday, October 12, you can do these lessons free of charge on the internet.

Each of the 10 lessons will be presented live by Anat Baniel. They will be demonstrated by one of her colleagues. You simply follow along.

There will be a new lesson every day for 10 days.

If you cannot watch a session live, you can watch a recording. The recording of each session will be available for 24 hours after the live presentation.

Go here to get your Free Pass. You will have access to a brief video introduction by Dr. Neil Sharp, a former physician and professional opera singer who is now a NeuroMovement trainer.

And, yes, pass this email on to everyone you know, especially health professionals and first responders who can find immense benefit in these lessons on so many levels.

I promise, these lessons will get you to look at your life and your brain differently. You will experience your body in ways that may be new to you. These lessons are a breakthrough in using the astonishing and impressive capacities of your lungs so that you can indeed get more from life.

Possible benefits to enjoy

Slovenia – Lake Bohinj, Lake Bled and Kranjska Gora

Kremsnita

Lake Bohinj is absolutely stunning. I stayed in the Hotel Jezero, which is right on the Lakeside.

One thing I discovered about Slovenia is that the people have very little concept of a “Portion for One” especially when it comes to cakes!

This is Lake Bohinj on my morning walk. I don’t think I have ever seen such beautiful, clear reflections of mountains in a lake as I did on that morning.

Lake Bohinj, Slovenia

I enjoyed one of the best Apfel Strudel that I have eaten, with some very generous portions. It was delicious and did not leave much room for dinner.

Close by is the more well-known landscape of Lake Bled, with its famous island and fairy-tale castle.

Lake Bled is also home to the gorgeous Kremsnita, which is a custard and cream slice on a pastry base. It was invented in one of the local hotels and is mouth-wateringly delicious. Another huge portion!

I also went to Kranska Gora in the North West Corner of Slovenia. This has a spectacular mountain landscape, with huge jagged peaks. This is a very popular ski area.

I found a lovely chocolate shop and treated myself to a hot chocolate. I was quite surprised to receive a glass of hot milk and a solid block of chocolate on a stick. At first I did try to eat the chocolate as I was not sure what to do with it. I could not and then realised that I was supposed to dip it in the hot milk and let it melt. So delicious.

I loved Slovenia, especially the cakes and the absolutely stunning scenery. I went in the Winter and it is definitely worth a Summer trip
